Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Almeio Invoice ("the Service"), operated by ALMEIO Solutions LLC. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Almeio Invoice is a software-as-a-service application for creating, sending, and managing invoices and estimates, with optional integrations for email delivery and payment processing.

2. Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
• One person or organization per account. You may not share login credentials with parties outside your organization.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business) are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. The 14-day free trial requires no credit card.
• You may cancel at any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are issued for partial periods.
• Plan limits are enforced — see the pricing page for current limits. Exceeding a limit blocks new creations until you upgrade or the monthly counter resets.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice via email.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: send unsolicited bulk email, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or violate any applicable law.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of invoices, client data, and other content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the Service.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance and may suspend the Service for security incidents.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse. On termination you may export your data for 30 days.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
